Ah, the humble foot. We all have two of them (hopefully!), and yet, they often don’t get nearly as much attention as, say, our abs or our biceps. But in yoga, your feet are the unsung heroes that provide the foundation for pretty much everything you do on the mat. Without strong, balanced feet, even the most advanced poses can start to feel a bit wobbly—kind of like trying to build a house on sand. Spoiler alert: It’s not going to end well.
